What if some of the most important information in your life is happening quietly beneath your awareness?
Most of us move through our days at speed.
Thinking.
Planning.
Solving.
Responding.
Moving from one thing to the next.
Meanwhile, something else is happening beneath the surface.
A subtle tension.
An impulse.
A feeling.
A movement.
A knowing that has not yet become words.
Often these experiences come and go before we even notice them.
This workshop invites you to slow down and listen differently.
Using Authentic Movement and simple awareness practices, we'll explore how to track subtle inner signals, give expression to experiences that are often overlooked, and develop a stronger relationship with the wisdom that lives beneath our everyday thinking.
This is not about performing, analyzing, or getting it right.
It is about noticing.
Because what remains unconscious continues to influence us.
And what becomes conscious gives us more choice.
This Workshop is For You if You've Ever…
Felt disconnected from yourself.
Sensed something important but couldn't quite name it.
Found yourself stuck in your head.
Been curious about body awareness or somatic practices.
Wanted to trust your inner knowing more fully.
Longed for more presence in your life.
What You'll Leave With
A direct experience of tracking subtle inner signals and bringing greater awareness to experiences that often remain unconscious or unnoticed.
If You've Ever Thought…
"Something in me knows, but I can't quite hear it."
"I spend too much time in my head."
"There feels like there's something beneath the surface."
"I want to learn how to listen differently."
come and go scuba diving below the neck and discover a whole new inner universe!
No prior experience with Process Work or inner work is needed.

ABOUT Cathy Bernatt
Cathy Bernatt helps people face the power dynamics everyone feels but few dare to name.
A Master Certified Coach, Professional Facilitator, and Organizational Development consultant, Cathy works at the messy intersection of power, conflict, culture, and change. She has a gift for surfacing the undiscussables: the tensions, silences, and hidden roles that quietly shape how people lead, relate, and make meaning together.
For more than four decades, she has worked globally with Fortune 100 companies, NGOs, hospitals, educational institutions, and executive teams across cultures, including two decades living and working in Japan. Her approach blends pragmatic skill-building with deep inner work, helping people understand how their relationship with power shapes their impact and the cultures they build.
Cathy believes power and conflict are not problems to solve. They are human territory to navigate, wherever people care, disagree, decide, avoid, lead, follow, stay silent, or speak.
Outside of work, Cathy is affectionately known as Bilbo Baggins, forever heading into unknown lands in search of awe, wonder, and the next wild horizon.
Cathy is a Processwork Diplomate and PWI alumni, having completed both a Master of Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change, and a Master of Process Work.
