EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP CIRCLES: Options

  • Inidgenous Mask

    The Conflict Sommelier

Developing a Palate for the Heat of Human Tension

Conflict, like a fine wine, has layers. At first sip, it may feel sharp or overwhelming—but with practice, you can begin to discern its notes: fear, unspoken truths, competing needs, buried power. In this circle, we deepen our capacity to stay present with conflict—to taste it fully, track what stirs in ourselves and others, and learn how to move through tension with nuance, courage, and discernment.

No numbing, no running for the hills—just learning to listen, linger, and lead. You’ll learn to slow down and stay with the flavor of tension—tracing its roots, its signals, and your reactions.

We’ll explore how to meet conflict with curiosity and courage, turning difficult dynamics into leadership development gold.

  • When Power Gets Unruly

Anxiety, Authority & the Inner Game of Leadership

Anxiety rides shotgun in most leadership roles. Left unexamined, it hijacks how we use power.

This circle dives into what happens when anxiety distorts how we lead—grabbing control, going silent, dodging accountability.

We’ll build awareness of your patterns and grow your capacity to use power more intentionally, even when things get hot.

  • Dining with Disturbances & Undiscussables

Step into the rooms we usually tiptoe past — where the air is thick with unspoken tensions that quietly shape culture, influence teams, and steer relationships and decisions.

Pull up a chair to the conversations we tend to dodge — the ones marked by awkward pauses and truths left unsaid. Here, we’ll bring those disturbances to the table, name them with skill and humanity, and work with the systemic patterns that keep them alive.

Through live practice and collective inquiry, we’ll learn to stay in the heat — and keep the dialogue moving — when the stakes are high, shifting culture one conversation at a time.
