This immersion is for people who want to go beyond surface-level leadership work and strengthen the instrument they lead with every day: their own awareness. You learn to work with the physical cues, internal signals, and subtle shifts that shape how you show up, often before you realize it.
The workshop is structured in three interlocking phases:
Phase 1 — Exploring & Cultivating the Witness
You begin by strengthening the inner observer — the part of you that can stay aware without rushing to fix, defend, or perform. You learn to track what shifts in you, what shifts in others, and what moves in the space between people. This becomes the foundation for staying grounded in high-stakes moments and clear in moments of power.
This phase draws on the practice of Authentic Movement, developed by Mary Starks Whitehouse. You move with eyes closed, following inner impulses while being witnessed without judgment. This work deepens presence, sharpens perception, and builds your capacity to sense inner wisdom before words form.
You alternate between mover and witness, expanding your range and your ability to stay present and responsive with others.
Phase 2 — Movement & Inner Work
In this phase, you work directly with the physical and internal signals you usually override. We draw on structured Inner Work from Arnold Mindell’s Process-Oriented Psychology (Process Work), which uses movement to unfold meaning rather than rush to interpret it.
You learn to slow down automatic responses so you can access the information underneath them. You practice noticing body movements and unintentional signals. You practice unfolding them so they show you what’s operating beneath the conscious mind. This builds precision, grounded clarity, and a deeper understanding of what is trying to happen within you and in the dynamics around you.
Phase 3 — Applications to Work
This is where the work becomes leadership in action. You apply what you’ve learned to real professional tensions: power dynamics, conflict, difficult conversations, decision-making under pressure, and moments when you feel pulled in multiple directions. You experiment with new ways of responding to sense the deeper currents shaping a team, a relationship, or a system.
By the end, your body becomes a more reliable source of data for leading, facilitating, following, and navigating complexity. You learn to feel what’s shifting before it becomes visible — and respond with grounded clarity instead of reactive speed.
