AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT & INNER WORK WORKSHOP

Leaders are trained to think fast, speak clearly, and act decisively. Yet the body often knows what the mind hasn’t caught up to. When those signals are missed, so is the deeper truth of what’s happening—in you, in others, and in the dynamics shaping the room.

This three-month Authentic Movement & Inner Work workshop invites leaders, coaches, facilitators, parents—and anyone curious about living with more awareness—to step into deeper presence. You’ll learn to read the body’s micro-signals—breath, posture, gesture—that often reveal more than the words being spoken. You’ll practice working with them in ways that invite curiosity rather than control.

The work draws on two deep practices:

  • Authentic Movement, developed by Mary Starks Whitehouse, invites you to move with eyes closed, following inner impulses while being witnessed without judgment.

  • Inner Work, from Arnold Mindell’s Process-Oriented Psychology (Process Work), uses movement to unfold meaning rather than rush to interpret it.

You’ll alternate between mover and witness, sharpen your somatic awareness, and expand your ability to hold space for what’s emerging. By the end, your body itself becomes a more reliable instrument for leadership, coaching, and life—able to sense what’s moving beneath the surface and give it space to shape what comes next.
