Voice of the Participant:

  • "She listened to the participants who had different opinions very carefully. It was a good sample of "listening". (Managing Problem Performers)

  • "I was very impressed by the technique she had to draw out the ideas from the coachee to solve the problem in only 10 minutes session." (Effective Coaching)

  • "She gave me feedback on good points and points to be developed so it was easier for me to understand the essence. Also it was easy to ask questions. She talked about her experiences and knowledge. I found something congenial in her and I learned so much from her. (Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals)
