We are excited to announce that Dr Stephen Schuitevoerder, a well known international facilitator and trainer in Process Work will be presenting a seminar in English with Japanese translation.
This seminar: This workshop has been designed to explore the human and interpersonal elements of organizations and how we might enrich the organization in quality, climate and bottom line by attending to critical personal and interpersonal needs. We will explore the impact of stress, trauma, personal and team challenges on organizational life and how each of these when attended to cultivates an optimum climate for effective functioning and success. We will use the tools of Process Work to assist us in our exploration. Participants will be guided through a series of demonstration and exercises designed to cultivate and deepen our awareness of these issues and develop skills in using the Process Work methodology. The seminar will be experiential, with theoretical presentations followed by demonstrations, exercises and group interaction. The seminar will be presented and facilitated to ensure optimal learning for both those familiar with Process Work and those who are new to the model. All are welcome!
What we will cover:
- Process Work theory including skills in structural analysis, conflict and group facilitation.
- Specialized Process Work tools to work with stress and tension and preempt issues before they arise.
- Addressing organizational and systemic trauma, the impact on the system and methods to work with this skillfully.
- Using personal and team challenges as methods of both personal and organizational transformation.
- Embedding disturbances as awakeners to change and development of systems.
- Cultivation of spaciousness and empty mind in addressing change.
Learning Outcomes:

More on Process work: Process Work is a cross-disciplinary approach to support individual and collective change. It developed in the 1970s and 1980s in Zurich, Switzerland by Dr. Arnold Mindell, a Jungian analyst. Process Work, also known as Process-Oriented Psychology, offers new ways of working with areas of life that are experienced as problematic or painful. Physical symptoms, relationship problems, group conflicts and social tensions, when approached with curiosity and respect, can lead to new information that is vital for personal and collective growth.
With its roots in Jungian psychology and physics, Process Work believes that the solution to problems is often contained within the disturbances themselves. Process Work provides a practical framework through which individuals, couples, families, groups and organizations can connect with greater effectiveness and creativity. Process Work adopts a sense of deep democracy whereby each aspect of ourselves is seen to be meaningful and important and offers valuable information for us when explored and unfolded. More on the facilitator: Dr Stephen Schuitevoerder is an international consultant, lecturer and facilitator based in Portland, Oregon. Stephen presents seminars, lectures and workshops throughout the world including South Africa, Australia, Russia, Japan, South America, Mexico and the United States. He works with diversity issues, team building, executive development and organizational conflict and has facilitated small and large group processes in a wide range of settings. Stephen is the President and a faculty member of the Process Work Institute. Refunds & Withdrawals
If participants withdraw within 2 weeks of the workshop, the organizers will retain 10% of the full fee. For participants who withdraw after that date and before the workshop start date, the organizers reserve the right to retain 50% of the full fee. If a participant fails to notify his or her withdrawal and does not attend, or if the participant withdraws at any time during the workshop, 90% of the full fee will be retained.
Payment & Refunds
Full payment of the tuition is required before March 5, 2012. If any participants enroll after the workshop is full they will have their fees fully refunded. Participants will be accepted in the order of their applications being received, up to a maximum of 50.

Registration is NOT complete until you send the registration fee. Please note that this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Send the full participation fee by March 5, 2012. If we do not receive your fee by that date, we may give your place to someone on the waiting list. Upon completion of payment, we will send you the full details.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop must be cancelled, all fees will be refunded in full.
